An enigma, Steorn released a brief video of a well know Dutch engineer and his ktoy. A proof of concept machine that according to the engineer, showed more output energy than input. The various mechanical operations involved make a video analysis very difficult. But i and a few others tried to copy the concept. I got the mechanism to work in a cyclic fashion and am still working on the magnetic transaction. So much depends on the start position. As many have said, the rotor starts in a position of potential energy. But having said that i am still of the opinion that this does indeed show a gain in energy. Many years ago i came across a mad idea on the Internet that was called the 90 degree rule. This rule , stated that when magnets change their entry to exit polarisation there is a gain in energy. This shows all the hallarks of being the samething.
I will be adding more info to support the view that in Spite of the negative Jury reaction I think that was due to them wanting everything on a plate. i.e a spinny thing.
There was a story written in the 50´s where a group of scientists were gathered together to replicate a special project. The Scientists were taken to view a film of a mad garage inventors flying backpack. In the film he smiles at the camera , flicks a few switches and began to fly around the inside of a local football stadium. After 5 minites of spectacular flight some thing went wrong and the inventors machine looses power , he looses control and crashes. The inventor is killed. The lights come on and the gathered scientists are then asked to go off and reproduce the machine. After 6 months working on the project they come up with a machine capable of hovering 6 inches above a table top. The Govenment mentor is impressed with their work and asks for the guest to come in. The guest is the Mad Inventor. He never died, because the machine never existed. But the only way to break the scientists pre concieved ideas was to fool them into beliving it was possible.
I think the Jury may have been victims of their own pre-concieved ideas, especially if, they never got to see the thing working. But time will tell. Here is my little video of the mech working
